Every route below reaches the same mailbox, which is read by Samir Giri, the founder and operator of TempMails: founder@tempmails.live. There is no phone line, no live chat and no ticket queue. A written message is the only channel that reaches the person who can act on it, and it is answered by that person rather than by a support rota.

Use the form at the bottom of this page, or write to the address directly — either way the message arrives in the same place.

Business and partnership enquiries

For partnership proposals, integrations, commercial questions, advertising, or a program or procurement review that needs the operator's identity confirmed. The company page and about page carry the verification-friendly summary — product, operator, location, launch date, category and contacts — so you can check it before writing.

If you are reviewing TempMails for a program or an accelerator, say which facts you need stated formally and in what format. The operator would rather answer a specific question than send a generic deck.

Technical support

For an inbox that never received a message, a countdown that ended earlier than expected, a recovery token that will not restore an active inbox, or sending that appears to be unavailable. Include the page or address concerned and the time it happened with your time zone. A delivery problem is usually resolved by finding out whether the sender refused the address, which is a decision made on their side and not something this service can override.

Security and abuse reports

For abuse sent from this domain, or for anything that looks like a vulnerability in the service. Recipient reports are prioritised over every other category. If you received a message from an address at this domain, include the full message headers — the headers carry the routing information needed to identify the sender, and the message itself is no longer visible to us once the inbox expires.

If you are reporting a security issue, describe what you observed and how to reproduce it. Do not attempt to access another person's inbox or to degrade the service while testing; that behaviour is prohibited by the acceptable use policy regardless of intent.

Privacy requests

For anything concerning data held about you, including access, correction or deletion requests. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not retained, and it is worth reading first, because the honest answer to many requests is that the inbox expired and the message contents, attachments and access tokens were removed by the scheduled cleanup job. One-way address tombstones do remain after expiry so an address cannot be silently reissued; they hold no message content.

Write from an address the operator can reply to, and describe the request without attaching inbox credentials.

What to include

Describe the problem in your own words, name the page or inbox address it concerns, and give the time it happened with your time zone if you can. For delivery failures, include what you expected to arrive and whether the inbox was still counting down at the time.

What never to send us

Do not send recovery tokens, browser cookies, passwords, one-time codes, card or bank details, or the full text of a sensitive message. Nobody at TempMails needs any of that to investigate a problem, and sending it by email puts it somewhere you cannot take it back from. If you have already sent something of that kind, change the password on any account it relates to.

What we cannot do

  • Recover expired mail. When the countdown ends, the messages stop being reachable through this service. No request, from you or anyone else, can bring them back. This is a property of the design, not a policy we can bend.
  • Extend an inbox that has already expired. The Extend time control only works while the inbox is still running, and every inbox stops at the configured maximum lifetime. A window that could be reopened on request would not be short.
  • Tell you who sent a message. We do not hold sender records beyond the message itself, and the message is gone once the inbox expires.
  • Recover an account. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to recover.
  • Intervene with a third-party website. If a site rejected your TempMails address, that decision was made by that site. Only they can change it.

Response times

Reports of abuse and messages reporting a security problem are read first. Business and partnership enquiries are read next. Ordinary questions are usually answered within a few days. Corrections are reviewed as they arrive, but a factual change is only made once it has been verified against a source, which can take longer than the reply itself.

There is no guaranteed response time, and sending a message does not create any obligation to act — the terms explain the limits of what the operator undertakes to do.
